Letter from Puerto Cabello mailed on November 22, 1867 with large numeral “2” cancel on a pair of Medio Real local stamps (Stone II), oval cachet of Blohm Hagan & Co. – Puerto Cabello in greenish-blue, customary boxed GB over 1F60C rate mark, French 10 centimes postage due. The letter was backstamped and received in Bordeaux on December 18, 1867.
