Reproduction rates (per image) allow for one-time use only. The length of one-time use is limited to 15 years (unless special permission has been awarded).
Publications (printed materials):
The cost is based on the anticipated production number and the length of the publication's life.

The museum welcomes a complimentary copy of
publications in which the photographs are published.
Web Sites:
The cost is based on the anticipated life of the site.
Written permission must be obtained from the Museum for the use of images on a web site. No additional fee is charged.
The resolution of Museum images used on the web site can be no greater than 72 dpi and must be credited Smithsonian National Postal Museum.
