Exhibits : 2005-2006 Federal Junior Duck Stamp Exhibit

The 2005-2006 Federal Junior Duck Stamp Exhibit is on display in the Smithsonian Institution's National Postal Museum's Franklin Foyer. This year's winner is a depiction of a pair of Ring-necked ducks by 17-year-old Kerissa Nelson of Wisconsin. The annual contest is sponsored by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The exhibit will run through August 6, 2005.
