Hawaiian Rarities
The Honolulu Advertiser collection of Hawaiian postal history was auctioned in 1995. Eleven objects including the first four Missionary stamps (Scott numbers 1-4), two 1889 13-cent die proofs (Scott number 11R) and five covers with Scott numbers 2-4, 6 and 21 affixed were acquired for the Museum collection.
