Joseph Saffold’s illustration resembles an old
photograph, an effect he achieved by using colored pencils
and acrylic and oil paints applied with an airbrush.
In the final
stamp design, the rounded corners and black band
at the bottom continue the concept by suggesting the
appearance of a vintage trading card. |
